No rush. I slid back into the driver’s seat and leaned my head against the window. The smell of rain mixed with old leather and something comforting.

I reached down and hit play — a DREAMWAVE mix I hadn’t listened to in years. The synths flowed in, slow and cinematic, wrapping around the rain like a soundtrack made just for this moment.
