this is the knights armament Masterkey 12 gauge shot gun door breaching tool. a heavily modified Remington 870 pump action shotgun. used as an under barrel attachment similar to an m203, us military special operations forces including delta forces would carry the weapon the weapon on missions and operations as they deemed fit. a very unique weapon system that has inspired many new weapons and tools to this day. KAC designed the Masterkey 12ga back in the 80's and it had seen service all the way up to the early GWOT. Seen in events like Black Hawk Down, the underbarrel shotty had a fair service life but ultimately retired to things like slap charges, other modern tools. Attaching to any modern M4 ar15 carbine with the proper barrel, is this thing a waste or worth it?
