Assalamualaikum to all my lovely audience and my loving friends,

Here Im back with a very simple yet very healthy recipe of Soup – A best sub for Ramadan Ganji.

You must try this, it takes just 5-10 mins to prepare this refreshing Soup and enjoy for iftar.

Very quick and easy to Make Soup.

Ingredients are

10 Gms Butter – Unsalted or Salted
100 Gms Chicken Minced or Chopped
Corn 1 Cup – Boiled and Smashed
½ Cup Veggies of your choice boiled and smashed.
2-3 glass of water
1-2 tsp black pepper powder
2-3 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp Chopped Spring Onion
1 Small Egg White
1 Glass of Corn Starch – Corn Starch 25gms + 1 Glass of water. Mix well. And Add to get thick soup.

Serve it Hot!
