Crossfit is one aspect of my fitness balance and biohacking for health and longevity. In my second year of consistent training, helping balance heavy lifting (needed for 40+ men), cardio and mobility, while incorporating functional strength and fitness elements. I can go almost anywhere, and do almost anything without getting exhausted leading to a better quality of life in literally anything I do.
