Part 6 of our long walk through Porto 🇵🇹 — and the moment we finally reach the Atlantic Ocean as the Douro meets the sea.

This chapter begins beside the historic Capela-Farol de São Miguel-o-Anjo before continuing past riverside homes and into the beautiful Jardim do Passeio Alegre. From there we follow the river to its mouth, pass Fort de São João Baptista, explore Praia das Pastoras and walk out along the pier to the Farolim de Felgueiras lighthouse with sweeping views of the Atlantic coast toward Matosinhos.
