A serious legal controversy involving Shankaracharya Swami Shri Avimukteshwarananda Ji and allegations under the POCSO Act has raised deep questions within Hindu society. This is not just a legal matter — it is a moment that affects faith, disciples, and the dignity of Sanatan institutions.

In this video, Vijay Pandita, Founder of Hindu Samman Foundation (HSF), shares a responsible message on how Hindu society should respond to the seriousness of such allegations, and why we must react with maturity, responsibility, and self-respect.

At a time when confusion and emotional reactions are spreading across social media, HSF has chosen to speak openly and responsibly. HSF is among the first Hindu organizations to clearly present its stand and guide society toward a balanced and dignified response.

This message is not about taking sides.
The court will decide the truth.

But when such allegations arise against spiritual leaders, the entire society feels the impact. Disciples feel shaken. Faith communities feel exposed. And the reputation of sacred institutions is questioned.

At this moment, Hindu society must act with unity and wisdom.

HSF calls upon all Sanatanis not to rush into factions or camps, and not to create or circulate content that may hurt the religious feelings of fellow devotees. Lakhs of disciples follow these saints with deep faith, and their emotional pain must be respected.

Instead of division, this is a time for solidarity with the devotees and dignity in public discourse.

HSF believes this moment should become a wake-up call for Hindu society. We must build stronger systems within our institutions — including accountability, child protection guidelines in ashrams and gurukuls, and responsible leadership during times of crisis.

Saints are the guardians of Sanatan Dharma. Their sanctity must be respected and protected. At the same time, justice and protection of minors must remain paramount.

HSF also calls upon Hindu social leaders, Acharyas, and community institutions to step forward and guide society with maturity, transparency, and unity so that such sensitive matters do not become public spectacles that damage the dignity of Sanatan civilization.

At a time when Hindu unity is essential for the protection of vulnerable Hindu communities across the world, internal divisions and emotional reactions only weaken the larger cause.

This is a time for introspection, responsibility, and civilizational self-respect.
