Please make sure you read everything. Don't run all commands at once, don't rerun them if you interrupt the process and don't make any typos. You have to be familiar with command line interfaces beforehand. You may permanently break your device!

All your data will be wiped after wiping the partitions. BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA.
Before installing Windows backup your modem or you may break cellular modem capabilities.
This is not necessary Snapdragon 855 (SM8150) devices but I did it anyway just in case.

(Note that the OnePlus 7 Pro 4G does not have a /cache partition)

Please note the difference between OnePlus 7/7T Pro 4G and OnePlus 7/7T Pro 5G phones.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 4G (In this video) and all OnePlus 7 Pro 5G models are NOT currently maintained.
Touchscreen driver and USB might not work for you. (In my case touchscreen worked but with USB drivers it shows a BSOD on first boot, if they don't work just remove them)
You have to be on OxygenOS 10 or 11 or at least have vendor firmware for OxygenOS 10 or 11 installed.

Please avoid all stripped down versions of Windows like Tiny11. These versions of Windows usually break application support or vital device hardware support.

Make sure you also have fastboot drivers.

If you encounter a BSOD on first boot that says:
Stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
What failed: fsa4480.sys
Remove the driver from msmnile-drivers\components\QC8150\Device\Hotdog\DEVICE.SOC_QC8150.HOTDOG\Drivers\USB.
