This customer wanted professional up-lighting for their new exterior sign — but the existing setup wasn’t safe or permanent.

The original spotlight was fed with an SO cord through the CMU wall, so I removed it and installed proper conduit, raintight fittings, and bell boxes before adding new LED flood lights. Space was tight under the sign due to an overhead door, so careful routing and placement mattered.

Inside, I tied into an existing feed, reinstalled the switch leg, and added both a timer and a 0–10V dimmer to give the customer full control over scheduling and light levels.

The result is clean, code-compliant sign lighting that looks good and works exactly as it should.
