New year, new you, right? Well, for teachers, we’re only half way through the year, but a fresh start is always welcome! In this episode of Reset EDU, I had the opportunity to talk to Emma Pass about her thoughts on teacher wellness, self-care, and mental health. It’s a topic that is close to my heart and something that I think about all the time. Anxiety and stress are hot topics for students in education, but there’s another factor that often goes overlooked: teacher wellness. When we fly on an airplane, we are always told to put on our oxygen masks first. I think that gets forgotten a lot in education. How might we address these issues?
