I have a profound love for flying, and being granted the opportunity to soar on a paraglider feels like a gift from destiny itself. It is the pinnacle of my life, a dream that I am grateful to turn into reality. This unforgettable experience will be etched in my memory for a lifetime.

It was a sunny morning when our (my mother and grandfather were flying as well) flight awaited us. It has been raining for the past two days, so all the paragliders have been impatiently waiting for a chance to soar the infinite skies. Our instructors arrived and we bought our tickets. We reached Plan Praz station and got to the take-off point. It was extremely cloudy and lots of paragliders were eagerly waiting for a clear window to start their air voyage. I got equipped with the needed gear. A sense of anxiety came to me since it was my first experience. "Get ready", told the instructor. There was a "hole" in the clouds through which the majestic mountains on the other side of the valley, as well as the Aiguille du Midi mountain peak, got visible. It was gorgeous, but the time was fleeting and I had to transform the dream into a tangible reality.
