This video shows you how to install a driver side exhaust manifold on your 1995-2001 Ford Explorer. The exhaust manifold collects the combustion gasses from your vehicle's engine, and directs them to the rest of the exhaust system. Frequent heating and cooling can lead to cracks or leaks. Installing a new exhaust manifold is often the only solution.

This repair was done on a 1997 Ford Explorer Limited 5.0L Sport Utility 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
1995 Ford Explorer
1996 Ford Explorer
1997 Ford Explorer
1998 Ford Explorer
1999 Ford Explorer
2000 Ford Explorer
2001 Ford Explorer
