🧩 Job Overview

Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) division is hiring female candidates under its diversity & inclusion program for the Contact Support Group (CSG) team.
This team is the first line of defense for IT infrastructure management — handling incidents, service requests, and customer queries through email, chat, voice, and AI tools.

🎯 Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice, email, and chat.

Manage support tickets — categorize, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain and update knowledge base for faster issue resolution.

Handle password resets, internet troubleshooting, and profile configurations.

Collaborate with global teams across Telecom, Finance, Healthcare, and Tech domains.

Ensure customer satisfaction through first contact resolution and empathy-driven interactions.

Work across 24x7 shifts with rotational schedules.

🧠 Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer and networking knowledge.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Flexibility to work night shifts and relocate if required.

🎓 Eligibility

2025 pass-outs from any 3-year diploma or undergraduate program.

Active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhaar are mandatory.

Only Indian citizens are eligible.
