Hullo all!
This has been one of my most requested topics over the past year, with the increased use of Off-Balance/Exploiter., with many friends and fellow players asking for a detailed description on how off-balance works. I must apologize, for I made this video months ago (...around 6) and only just got around to adding the finishing touches. You will also have to excuse the healer footage - I am a healer main.

Because I still believe I could have explained it more clearly: A target must become concussed before they can become off-balanced.
This is why, as a healer responsible for proccing off-balance, you run Elemental Susceptibility (to make the target concussed) and a lightning blockade to then trigger off-balance.

I will return to heal videos - I have written several up already - I just lack extra time at the moment. I have some changes planned for that following the holidays. I appreciate your patience whilst I slowly work on them :)
