On September 7, U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm will host a roundtable with White House National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy and a diverse range of leaders from government, academia, and industry to discuss how government and industry can work together to build a decarbonized industrial sector that benefits workers, communities, and all Americans.

During the event, Secretary Granholm will announce the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) “Industrial Decarbonization Roadmap.” This new DOE report identifies pathways to reduce emissions across our nation’s most energy-intensive sectors and position America as a global leader in manufacturing innovation and decarbonization technologies.
