Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tbs fresh milk cream
- 1 tbs ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Sliced green chillies for garnish (optional)
- Sliced almonds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken cubes in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes (or longer for better flavor).

2. Heat oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

3. Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade to the pan. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

4. Add the tomato puree to the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Stir in the ground cashew nut paste and mix well. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

6. Adjust salt and spice levels according to your taste.

7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sliced almonds (if using).

8. Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
