Natalia Dubova & Victor Topaller (2003)

In this interview with Victor Topaller, former competitive ice dancer, Natalia Dubova, discusses her career in coaching some of the top ice dance teams such as:
Marina Klimova / Sergei Ponomarenko (from 1979 to 1991)
Maya Usova / Alexander Zhulin (from 1980 to 1994)
Oksana Grishuk / Evgeny Platov (from mid-1989 to mid-1992)
Shae-Lynn Bourne / Victor Kraatz
In addition to having these teams - and others! - she was a consultant for Marina Anissina / Gwendal Peizerat during the 2001-02 season.

Dubova competed as Natalia Bakh in the 1965 Soviet Championships winning the Bronze medal with partner Vladimir Pavlikhin. Four years later, she began coaching at the Sokolniki Arena in Moscow and later moved to the United States and continued her coaching career.

She was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour and the Medal "For Distinguished Labour" along with being granted the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
