Climate change effects on the UK revealed

A new report from the Met Office has revealed just how rapidly the UK is warming.

part of the reason the UK is getting wetter is because it's getting hotter.

Analysis of temperatures dating back to 1884 shows that the ten hottest years on record have all occurred since 2002.

It's a stark reminder of the dramatic climate changes affecting the entire planet, and is being considered as an urgent call to action by campaigners.
