Photocell Reading System to detect the incoming workpieces profile and the electronic control to adjust the spray profile of the parts. The guns will trigger only when the parts are present.
Closed belt conveyor system mounted on an open structure for easy removal. The belt conveyor is made of a special material to work with all types of stains and paints.
Reclamation system for spray lacquer, varnish, multicure (UV) and water base solvents. Patented lacquer recovery system for recovery and cleaning of the conveyor belt; the system is mounted on trolley that is extractable from the machine for easy maintenance.
A double arm reciprocator driven by inverter controlled motor and sliding on high precision guide rails.
The two arms are equipped with guns holder supporting up to max four (4) guns each arm with two active lacquer circuits.
Pressurized spray cabin with access windows from both sides; filtering roof intake celling in the spray cabin with blowing fans on the top of the roof.
Exhaust system with double stage paint filters over exhaust ventilator.
