I talk openly about how my job had slowly affected my confidence. Slowing down and returning to traditional, simple routines at home has honestly been part of how I’m finding my feet again. Waking up early and heading out for a coastal walk as early as I can and getting the tricky stuff out of the way so I can enjoy my days more.
