This Wednesday, September 25th, is National Comic Book Day, and we are celebrating at the historic #babcocktheatre with a special screening of Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez's action-packed, blood-soaked adaptation of SIN CITY, the ultimate noir graphic novel! This stunning and gritty adaptation of Miller's incredible series recreates a number of stories from its source material almost identically, and is absolutely loaded with an all-star cast, as well as a unique and striking visual style! Within the ruthless sprawl of SIN CITY, crime runs rampant as lost souls search for love, revenge, and redemption. The viewer is treated to selected stories of these lost souls, including an ex-convict who goes on a city-wide rampage in order to seek his revenge on his lover's killer; a private investigator is caught in the middle of a street war between mercenaries, prostitutes, cops, and the mob; and an aging police officer with the task of protecting a woman who is targeted by a disfigured serial killer!
