In celebrating the National Sports Day, we embrace the motto "Unity and Strength: Supporting Victory with Passion," encapsulating the essence of what we strive for in our athletic pursuits. Together, these values inspire us to push our limits, celebrate our successes, and foster a spirit of camaraderie and excellence in all our sports activities.

To honour the legacy of the legendary hockey wizard, Major Dhyan Chand , National Sports Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and vigour. The event aimed to highlight the significance of sports in fostering physical and mental well-being and also instill a sense of pride and respect for the phenomenal achievements of Major Dhyan Chand.

A special assembly was organised with the aim of instilling a sense of respect towards sports in the minds of young children as well as to develop team spirit, leadership and sportsmanship qualities.

Principal Mrs. Kavitha K unfurled the school flag and the celebrations began amidst thunderous applause and a spectacular display of physical training. The sports captain Ashu Raj and the Vice Sports captain Sejal Gulia spoke on the significance of the day.

This was followed by magnificent Tableau presenting the grace and poise of different sporting shots. Addressing the students the principal reiterated that National Sports day is not only a tribute to one of the greatest players but also reminds us about the importance of sports in our life. Sports should be a part of our daily routine, as it acts like a stress buster which further helps to develop a positive energy. She stated the old adage that winners are not people who never fail, but people who never quit because sports teach you character, it teaches you to play by the rules, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose – it teaches you about life.
