Ingredients:

Onion - 3 medium size
Tomatoes - No tomatoes for this recipe
Chicken - 1 to 1.5 kg
Peanut oil - 10 + 1 table spoon
Ghee - 4 + 1 table spoon
Milk - 6 table spoon
saffron strands - 10
Basmati rice - 1 kg ( In this video we use Royal Basmati rice )
water - 3 litre ( for soaking ) + 3 litre for cooking
salt - 1 1/2 table spoon ( for chicken marination marination gravy )
Garam masala -1 tea spoon ( for home made garam masala please refer below )
curd - 300 ml
cashews - optional
red chilli powder - 1 1/2 table spoon
turmeric powde - 1/2 tea spoon
lemon juice - 1 table spoon
mint leaves and coriander leaves - few for marination
finely chopped green chillies - 1/2 table spoon
cordamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon
garam masala - 1 tea spoon
add 1/4 tea spoon of garam masala in each layer for more flavor

For cooking rice:

water - 3 litre
oil - 1 table spoon
salt - 1 1/2 table spoon
cloves - 4
cardamom - 3
cinnamon - 1 inch
caraway seeds - 1/2 tea spoon


Ginger Garlic Paste Ingredients

Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Mint leaves - 1/4 bunch
salt - 1 tea spoon
oil - 1 table spoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
ginger - 100 g
garlic -100g
cardamom - 3 count
cloves - 4 count
cinnamon - 2 inch

Garam Masala Ingredients :
