Chicken (kokur)= 500 gm
Curd ( Dahi / Zamut Doud) = 3 table Spoon
Cumin Seeds ( Zeera) = 1 tea spoon
Ginger Garlic Pasete =1 table spoon
Black Pepper powder (Kali Mirch kas powder = ½ tea spoon
Chicken Masal = ½ Table Spoon
Turmeric (haldi):- 1/2 table Spoon
Fennel Seed Powder ( Sounf/ Beidaan)=1/2 table Spoon
Salt (noon)= according to the taste
Ginger Powder = ½ tea Spoon
Kashmiri red Chili Powder ( Lal mirichi):- 1 table Spoon
Food Colour:-2 to 3 drops in 1 table spoon of water
