No matter what you call this dish, you must try this! It's easy to make and it tastes absolutely fantastic! YES! Manicotti Noodles INSTEAD of Tortillas! Now, don't get me wrong, but this fusion of using manicotti noodles is so much easier than preparing the corn tortillas, stuffing, and rolling. I made this in my Pit Boss Lexington 500 Pellet Grill. I also made some homemade green chile sauce. I can't say it louder. This is a must make recipe!
