Mario Kart 64 FLAT like Super Mario Kart is it possible?

In this video I look at a cool GameShark code witch makes all the maps completely flat just like Super Mario Kart. I try all 16 Mario Kart 64 maps and see if its possible to finish the race in this flat state.
