This world quest takes place on the Soldier's Torment beach, southeast of Deliverance Point in Broken Shore. This area can be reached by taking the path that leads west out of Deliverance Point towards the beach. Once you arrive, you will need to defeat 10 Felwing Devourers, which can be found flying overhead. As a melee class, you'll need to pull them down to the ground to attack them. Alternatively, you can pick up Salvaged Spears on the beach and coastline. When picked up, the Salvaged Spears will give you an ability known as Explosive Spear. Target a Felwing Devourer and use this ability to instantly kill a Felwing Devourer. The second objective requires you to obtain 12 Shipwrecked Supplies, which can either be looted from Wyrmtongue Scavengers or can be found as objects on the beach. Note that other players' interactions with these Shipwrecked Supplies objects will not affect your ability to do so. This world quest will become available once you complete the "Assault on Broken Shore" scenario.
