Hey Y’all! Welcome back, thank You Jesus it’s a beautiful day! How many times have you have you been craving a delicious slice of G-Free Apple Pie or pumpkin pie, so you stop by a supermarket and pick up one from the pastry counter, promising to be the “Best G-Free pie ever “ only to get home, sit down, anticipating a mouthwatering treat…only to take one bite and be sadly disappointed by a dry, crumbly tasteless pie. Yep.. we’ve all been there. But what’s even more disappointing is spend an hour or more making one from scratch, only to be left with a sad looking, less than expected pie. I’m a firm believer that everyone is equally entitled to enjoy good homemade food, no matter their dietary needs or preferences, just because it’s gluten free doesn’t mean it should be tasteless and sad looking. I remember some years ago, I was eating gluten free sandwich bread at a restaurant and having to spit it out it was so gross. Today, I’m sharing my recipe and tips with you, so that you, my dear gluten free friends, can step into Your Kitchen and bake a homemade g-free pie your family and friends will enjoy and appreciate. And let me assure you, everyone will be requesting a second slice! Be sure to check out my other pie videos, including the recipes, for more ideas and baking inspiration. And of course feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions about G-Free Baking!
Happy G-Free Baking!
