Brewing a V60: CK2150 Coffee Scale - Auto Timing Mode

How to brew a v60 coffee with the CK2150 coffee scale, using the auto timing mode.

Auto Timing Mode

Long press POWER button to turn the scale on

Press ZERO button twice to enter auto timing mode, the screen will then show AUTO

Put cup, V60 and rinsed filter onto the scale

The scale will zero automatically

Add ground coffee into the V60 then press ZERO to reset the scale

Pour hot water over the ground coffee, the timer will start automatically

Long press POWER button to turn the sale off


Preparation

Use 6g of coffee for every 100g of water (or adjusted to your preference)

Bloom with 100g of water for around 30 seconds, making sure all the ground coffee is covered

Top up with water in 100g increments

Brew time should be around 2 to 4 minutes depending of grind size
