Costar espresso machine also known as costar cosmos model ST-695B is a very fine and capable coffee espresso machine which I chose over costar AC-514K because I liked the design and overall looks of it and also I like the use of portafilter which gives me a better control of the coffee brewing process.this machine is 20 bars and has 1450W in its sleeve.

Now this costar espresso espresso ( model ST-595B) machine has a removable water tank and 20 bars pressure which brews excellent coffee and I really liked the taste of rich intense crema rich espresso shot .this costar espresso cosmos machine is capable of producing one cup and two cups espresso shot and of course milk Frothing .the one cup shot takes 16 seconds and 2 cups take 26 seconds which can be increased or decreased as per customized by the maker.
The negatives - This machine is good however the steam wand could have been a little bigger and the dial knobs rubberized. Which can be purchased as an after market accessory.
