There is a lot of hype around psychedelics right now — that they can change the world, awaken humanity, or heal everything in one experience.
But experiences alone don’t create change.

Without integration, even the most profound psychedelic journey can remain fleeting — a powerful moment that slowly fades as life takes over again. What truly matters is how insight becomes embodied, lived, and expressed through action, relationship, and service.

In this talk, I share why integration is just as important as the psychedelic experience itself — and how healing is not about escaping pain, but about welcoming back the parts of ourselves that were once fragmented, dissociated, or split off. Integration is the journey back to wholeness.

I also speak about service, humility, and the balance between inner work and action in the world — how small, grounded acts of care can become an antidote to the suffering we see around us.

This is the heart of my work as a trauma specialist, facilitator, and educator.
