Vtuber audition advice from a famous Vtuber who actually runs a Vtuber agency [eng sub]

To celebrate both the 1st gen of NeoPorte Vtuber debuts as well as the fast approaching deadline of NIJISANJI EN auditions, I've translated a video with some audition advice. I believe their advice can be applied for auditions in general and not just with the agency they're talking about.

Don't just talk the talk. Put your money where your mouth is and provide evidence of your strengths/skills/talents in your application.

If you have no experience, increase your chances of passing the first round by making a fantastic, mind-blowing audition video.

Even if you have no track record of streaming or content creation, make a channel and create videos (unlisted even) to demonstrate your skills to include in your application, which is separate from your audition video.

Start your audition video with a bang. Aim to be impactful and memorable in the first few seconds and don't start with a boring introduction.

Last tip I'll add that's from me - be creative with your application and video. The instructions (or lack thereof) are written vaguely enough for there to be wriggle room for you to demonstrate your creativity.
