Our mouth-watering Chimichurri sauce recipe:
- A slack handful of Coriander
- Another slack handful of Parsley
- Half an Onion (we prefer red onion) - diced
- A teaspoon of Salt
- Half a teaspoon of Pepper
- A healthy amount of Garlic (we used 2 cloves)
- A big splash of Apple Cider/Red/White Wine Vinegar (we used White)
- 5 tablespoons of Olive Oil
