Join me for a day of homemaking in the summer. (Yes, I realize it's not summer anymore, but I finally finished editing the video. Life is busy!) I love my kids and I'm so glad that I get to spend my days with them. See our meals, how I take care of our home, and a glimpse of our chickens!

Cream cheese chicken chili:
2 chicken breasts
1 can diced or Rotel tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
8 oz cream cheese

Put the chicken in the crock pot first. Add the tomatoes, corn, beans, & seasonings on top of the chicken. Stir the toppings & then place the block of cream cheese on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir once or twice to blend in the cream cheese. After it is cooked, shred the chicken and place back in the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Serve it with cornbread, rice, or tortilla chips.
