Specialized ambassador Becky Hair has put together her top stretches for cyclists to do before and after a ride so that you can make the most of your time on the bike.

Named in Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling 2019, Becky spends most of her time working as a physiotherapist and encouraging more women to get into cycling through the Specialized Ladies Group Rides led from Rutland Cycling Histon in Cambridge.
