Hi Everyone!

I’m navigating through my depression and pms while still being productive. Sharing with you shopping trips, cleaning and running errands. This really helps to keep me functional while I am struggling. My hope is to inspire others to push through tough phases as well and continue trying our best! It’s easy to just ignore the tasks we need to get done because we aren’t feeling like ourselves but showing up in-spite of that is a demonstration of strength and perseverance! I made this vlog not only for accountability but also to have proof for myself that I can be productive even on days when my mental health is not at its best.
