👨‍⚕️ Complaint (Presenting) – Start by identifying the patient’s main issue or symptom. Ask open-ended questions to understand why the patient is seeking medical attention today.

👨‍⚕️ History of Presenting Complaint – Dive into the details like when the symptom started, how it has progressed, any associated symptoms, and what makes it better or worse. This helps in understanding the context and potential causes.

👨‍⚕️ Allergies – Always check for any allergies, especially to medications, food, or environmental factors. Document any known allergies and the reactions they cause to prevent adverse effects.

👨‍⚕️ Medications – List out what the patient is currently taking, including dosages and frequency. Include prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and herbal remedies.
