Married Life - Are we weird?

Married Life - Are we weird?// Hello! I wanted to make a different kind of vlog - a very unpolished and raw vlog of Joerg and me. It's just us living our life and yes, we've been together for 30 years at the end of this month. Joerg isn't only my husband, he's my partner in crime and my best friend. Our life has always been adventurous, weird at times but we wouldn't want it any other way. And your feedback on this one would mean so much to me/us. Would you like to see more of these vlogs? A mixture of both polished and then very real vlogs? Your comments are highly appreciated.x

RECIPE GLUTEN FREE SAUSAGE ROLLS:

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, 3 rashers streaky bacon, thinly sliced, 4 sundried tomatoes - chopped, handful basil leaves – chopped, gluten free puff pastry, gluten free flour for dusting, 1 egg yolk, sesame seeds

Method:

1. Whizz the chicken and garlic in a processor until the chicken is minced. Tip in the bacon, sundried tomatoes and basil. Pulse for 5 secs to just mix through. Season well.

2. Roll the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways. Spread half the chicken mixture along the middle of one of the pastry strips, then roll up the pastry, pinching the ends together to seal.

3. Heat oven to 220C/180C fan/gas6. Place the rolls on a large baking sheet. Brush with the egg, then sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20 mins until golden. Cut into 2.5 m long pieces.

RECIPE GLUTEN FREE EGG & CRESS CLUB SANDWICH:

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, gluten free bread, butter, cress, 2-3 slices of tomato or lettuce leaf and a slice of ham or cheese

Method:

1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and carefully lower in the eggs. Cook for 6 mins, then cool under running water until they can be peeled. Peel the eggs, then leave to cool completely.

2. Mash or chop the eggs, then mix with mayonnaise and some seasoning if you like. Toast the bread.

3. Lay one slice of bread on a board. Butter it, then spread on three quarters of the egg and scatter over the cress. Add another slice of toast and gently spread on the remaining mayo. Add the tomato or lettuce and ham or cheese (or whichever combination you prefer). Top with the final piece of toast. Cut the crusts off if you like, then gently cut the sandwich into four quarters, being careful not to squash out the egg.
