10 Black Black Peppercorns
2 Black Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp Hald Powder
3 -4 Whole Garlic
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
500 Gas Mutton
1 tsp Red chilli Powder (Spicy)
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seeds / Sauf Powder
1 Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Meat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
Water as needed
