Coffee Bean Cookie Recipe

1 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp water
1/4 cup (60g) butter softened
1 cup allpurpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp powdered sugar

Tips:
You can vary coffee powder based on your preference.
If you don’t have instant coffee, you can substitute with 2 tsp of strongly brewed coffee.
You can also substitute water with milk.
If you have cake flour, you can substitute all purpose flour with it.
Butter must be softened at room temperature.
