Fallopian Tubes का काम क्या है?
Fallopian Tubes, Ovary से Egg को Uterus तक ले जाने का काम करती हैं। यही वो जगह है जहां Sperm और Egg मिलकर Fertilization करते हैं। अगर Tubes Block हो जाएं, तो यह Process रुक जाती है, जिससे Natural Pregnancy मुश्किल हो जाती है।

Blocked Fallopian Tubes के कारण
Blocked Tubes कई कारणों से हो सकती हैं:
Pelvic Infections: जैसे Tuberculosis या STIs
Endometriosis: जब Uterus की Lining गलत जगह पर बढ़ती है
Previous Surgeries: जैसे Appendicitis या Pelvic Surgery
Hydrosalpinx: Tubes में Fluid भर जाना
क्या Surgery से Natural Pregnancy Possible है?

हाँ, कुछ Cases में Surgery के बाद Natural Pregnancy के Chances बढ़ सकते हैं, खासकर अगर Blockage हल्की हो। दो मुख्य Surgical Options हैं:
Tubal Cannulation: अगर Blockage Uterus के पास है, तो इस Method से Tube Open की जा सकती है।
Tubal Recanalization: अगर Family Planning के लिए Tubes बंद करवाई थीं, तो Microsurgery से दोबारा जोड़ा जा सकता है, जिससे 40-45% Success Rate रहती है।

किन Cases में Surgery काम नहीं करती?
अगर Tubes में Hydrosalpinx है, TB से Damage हुआ है, या Severe Scarring है, तो Surgery Effective नहीं होती। ऐसे में IVF सबसे अच्छा विकल्प रहता है।

Surgery के बाद Ectopic Pregnancy का खतरा
Tubal Surgery के बाद Ectopic Pregnancy (जब Pregnancy Tube में ठहर जाती है) का Risk बढ़ जाता है। इसलिए, Positive Pregnancy Test के बाद तुरंत Doctor को दिखाना ज़रूरी है।

Conclusion
हर Blocked Fallopian Tube Case में Surgery ज़रूरी नहीं होती। हल्के Blockage में Surgery मदद कर सकती है, लेकिन अगर Tubes Permanent Damage हो गई हैं, तो IVF बेहतर विकल्प है। सही Diagnosis और Specialist की सलाह से Pregnancy के Chances बढ़ सकते हैं।
