The Fischbein-Inglett Model BP 3560 is an automated bag placing and filling system for open mouth flat or gusseted, multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene bags. When integrated with your electronic net weigh bagging scale or auger filling system, the BP 3560 has a performance range of 12 to 15 bags per minute. The BP 3560 can process bags from 12 to 20 inches wide and 20 to 40 inches in length, with a gusset width up to 3 inches.
The BP 3560 features Allen Bradley PLC technology, state-of-the-art color touch screen controls, bottom fed bag magazine and interlocked machine doors for enhanced safety.
The BP 3560 automatically picks and positions the empty bag on the filler spout, fills the bag with product and immediately directs the filled bag to the bag closing station. With the “no bag – no dump” feature, product spills are minimal.
Optional features include Ethernet control package, integrated sealing conveyor, special anti-corrosion package, extended bag magazine conveyor system and more.
