CHelgaBot - Soulless 4 Co-op Optimal Score

This is the optimal score for Soulless 4's Co-op chart. It is actually "technically" possible to obtain 12 more points (8 on bass, 4 on co-op) through the use of perfect sustain tick squeezes, however you would need the perfect fps and a lot of luck to get it (considering you have about 2-5ms to hit it). Because of that, I deem this as the optimal score because this can be reproduced every single run.

The bot had to get a rewrite to support co-op, as it was initially designed for only single player in mind (a lot of bad coding decisions were made). This rewrite not only supports co-op, but a much easier way of adding new events if needed and is a lot simpler and efficient. The only problem is that I broke anchor events which is why the bot does not anchor in this run. It's only a cosmetic addition though so I'm not too bothered.
