He is by Reverend Homer, a sire known as a true natural racking horse, and it shows in Digger’s effortless, natural way of going. Bred by Buhyl Bush of London, Kentucky, and previously owned by respected horseman Doug Ripley of Decatur, Alabama, Digger comes from a program where quality is the standard.

At 8 years old and 15.2½ hands, Digger has excellent conformation, an athletic build, and a striking red bay coat that still looks picture-perfect on the muddiest day. Started with patient, correct training and no shortcuts, he offers a smooth, comfortable gait with no drama or gimmicks.

Digger’s temperament is exceptional: sweet, kind, non-spooky, and wonderfully personable. He loves attention, has a big, funny character, and stays level-headed and consistent every ride. Bred to speed rack, he is not hot or nervous—he will walk and go slow for a relaxed ride, has an extra gear of speed when you ask, and comes right back down calmly afterward.
