I really didn't want to share this video of the very poor and condescending attitude I received from customer service representative at Virgin America / Alaska Airlines at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) last week, but after the very ambiguous email response I received this is probably the only way to get their attention. I used to love Virgin America, but I guess their attitude has changed after selling the company. All this because I missed the 40 min cut-off by 2 mins, which could be attributed to being in the wrong line for checked bags after attempting to use the kiosk and my Lyft driver trying to take a "short-cut" that didn't pan out due to the construction near the airport.

Lesson learned 2 mins = loss of 6 hours and about $300.
