Shadowflame has existed in WoW for a really long time but it was one of the most vague magics that we've had that not even Blizzard knew what it was about. However now as we go into the Zaralek Caverns in 10.1 and into Aberrus, Deathwing's top-secret laboratory we are discovering the very origin of Shadowflame.

Shadowflame as we have learned is a mix of the void, old god magics combined with elemental which not only is super powerful but it also has necromantic abilities which might just be our new ticket to finally get playable necromancers. So is an elemental/void necromancer class a possibility and what is shadowflame?
