During the Tracy Studio Showcase held on December 22, 2021 as part of the Aquafina Vietnam International Fashion Week (AVIFW) 2021, the young 14-year-old model Alexandra Matheson was leading the final group of five models dressed in all-red outfits. However, the well-rehearsed group walk didn't go as smoothly as expected when Alexandra's pointed-toe shoes started slipping off her feet after just a few steps and rendered her unable to walk any further, forcing her to remove her shoes and continue barefoot!
