Pizza Smash Burger

Loved this burger. Super easy and fun. Kids would love it

Marinara Sauce - bought or made
Pepperoni - I used Boars Head
Brioche or another burger bun/ should have used a kaiser
Mozzarella - shredded for the bread
Fresh Mozzarella - for the burger
Ground Beef
Seasoning Salt

Form your meat into ball and season on all sides
In the meantime, add marinara to the bottom and top bun
Sear of the pepperoni to make it crispy and place on top and bottom bun
Top with shredded Mozzarella Cheese and broil until golden brown
Smash the burgers and cook until crispy on one side
Top with a small amount of sauce and Fresh Mozzarella
Remove Bread from oven place burgers on top of bottom bun
grill off more pepperoni if you so choose top burgers with it
invert top bun so the pizza sauce and cheese are on the top of the burger
Have some napkins and enjoy!!!
