Ayyappa Darsanam 2021 Day 01 18th November 2021

Namaste to all staunch devotees of lord Ayyappa. It has become customary for the adhyathmika samithi to organize Ayyappa pooja during the mandala kalam and we are here again with “Thathwamasi Ayyappa darshanam 2021” to uphold wolrd peace in general and the unity and uplift of devotees in particular. In view of the troubled time due to corona pandemic, this year too the events will be held in social media without loss of the cultural values and traditions observed during this sacred days
The event is spread over two days, 18, 19 November 2021, 18th falls on Thursday and 19th is Friday. Sree Jayaraj Potti , Sabarimala head priest, earlier head priest of Malikappurathamma will be presiding and blessing the activities by his auspicious presence

7 pm, Thursday November 18: Ganapathi pooja and Bhagavath seva

Friday November 19

6am : Maha Ganapthi homam with special vedic manthras to bless the occasion

7.30 am: Usha pooja and sarva aisawarya pooja followed by maha nivedya and the special pooja prior to lunch closure

6pm: Incidentally the day has another speciality as it is Thrikkarthika henceforth the deeparadhana will be accompanied by deepalankaram to the seek the blessings of bhavathy followed by padi pooja to lord Ayyappa.

Further there will be abhisheka pooja with auspicious flowers and mathra chanting followed by the special pooja prior to the dinner time

9.30 pm: Harivarasana keerthanam followed by closure of sanctum sactorum

This is a rare event for all of us as we get an opportunity to observe the ayyappa devotion in a collective way within the comfort of our home. All of us can light up a lamp and by single mindedly devote ourselves to the events and thereby bringing the ambience and sacredness of sabarimala sannidhanam to the closed doors of our home.
