on the 20th April Rachel completed her abseil down the side of the Spinnaker Tower.
She abseiled to raise funds for Poppy Ward at Gosport War Memorial Hospital.
Poppy Ward is a dementia ward that offer support to both individuals living with dementia along with support for the families.
She did this so that they can purchase some more interactive and learning aids to help the engagement of those that stay with them.
While she has completed her abseil, you can still donate to this fantastic cause.
Any support, however small will be going to a very worthy cause.
