Woodturning|

This is my entry for the November edition of the Youtube Cross Channel Challenge (#YTCCC2021) for which the theme was #AnimalKingdom. This was set by Ahron Africanmeat (   / ahronafricanmeat  .

After researching animal shapes for the dog in my last project, I came across this design for a #cat. As Ahron suggested the project to be functional too, I decided that the tail of the cat would work brilliantly as a kitchen roll holder.

The wood used in this project was Oak, cherry from my garden, spalted beech (locally sourced), spalted walnut (locally sourced) and Bubinga.
